DELIVERY AND OUR RETURNS POLICY
Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge - all items are sent via courier and delivery is usually 1-3 working days.
For delivery to Europe the delivery charge is £40 - delivery is usually 4-7 working days
All items are sent fully insured

RETURNS FOR BITLESS BRIDLES
If you find your bridle is too big or too small we are happy to exchange for another size providing
the bridle is returned to us in as new condition and that you cover the exchange postage cost
EASYTREK TREELESS SADDLES 7 DAY TRIAL OR RETURN POLICY
EASYTREK UK offers a 7 day trial or return policy on all their saddles where stated.
This means that in the unlikely event that you find one of our saddles unsuitable you can return it to us
within 7 days for a refund. On receipt of a saddle we are happy for you to try the saddle on (using a pad under)
have a sit on and a try etc (obviously not an hours hack!) If you find it unsuitable for any reason you
can return it to us within 7 days for a refund providing it is returned in new condition.
Buyers are responsible for returning the item at their cost.
Please note all UK refunds are less £15 for time, admin and postage which we feel is a fair saddle trial.
Refunds outside of UK are less our original shipping cost.
Remember - making mistakes with saddles can be very expensive!, especially if buying
from a private seller as you have NO return rights.

Liability Horse riding & other equestrian related activities is by nature is a dangerous sport. In no event will Easytrek UK be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive incidental, special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising from the misuse of its products. Leather is a natural product, always check equipment before use on every occasion that it is used for signs of wear or damage. For horse clippers ensure an annual electrical safety test is carried out before use, alway take safety precautions when using electrical products. Do not use any equipment showing signs of wear or damage. Buyer assumes all risks & liability from use of products(s). You are responsible for the safety of you and your equine and must always choose equipment that is appropriate for you and your equine. It is essential that you are properly trained and experienced before applying new equipment to an equine. If you are in doubt about your capabilities with regards to use, suitability or fitting of any type of equipment please seek the advise of a fully qualified expert in this field before using any product. All intellectual property of Easytrek UK such as Trademarks, names, patents, registered designs and any other intellectual property rights derived from the functionality / aesthetics of Easytrek UK products or website remain the property of Easytrek UK
